Lemon Caper Salmon Sauce
This Piccata sauce is everything you need in a bottle and is great with salmon. Of course, this sauce is good with almost any light or hearty fish! Great for baking or sautéing, the capers and lemon oil make this sauce an easy entrée. Directions: Marinate fillets for 30 minutes, then place in preheated oven 400°F and cook for 10 minutes or until done. This sauce is also excellent as a sauté. Place fillets in a pan over medium and cook both sides for 5 minutes or when fish gets slightly flaky.
